Pain Symposium

Smart Branding for the medical profession. AirSpace was asked how design could inspire a conference whilst also explaining the fundamental aim of the event – to add insight to pain management.

Pain Symposium

The solution – an abstract graphic blocking the transmission of pain through the nervous system – we named it a pain dial that could amplify or dampen pain. The pain dial device illustrated pain moving through the nervous system rotating the paths to block the transmission of pain. The colour palette was inspired by actual colours for the 4 categories introduced at the conference – Reds for muscular skeletal, blues for procedure, greys for imaging and yellows for regional anaesthesia.
